Custom-designed to suit the requirements of the client this project spares no expense on features such as high-end finishes throughout, LED lighting, a lavish employee amenity lounge as well a rooftop terrace with open-air meeting and lounge areas. All meeting rooms are individually zoned with separate lighting, speakers, etc. and all working areas have restricted access through the use of a state-of-the-art security system. Optimal lighting levels are maintained by incorporating exterior windows that automatically tint and lighten with the movement of the sun maximizing the potential for natural lighting.
