LOCATION: 8 Cedarland Dr./1 Clegg Rd., Markham, Ontario

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Two 18-storey residential condominium towers encompassing a three-storey podium. Two levels of underground parking. 530 Suites. 634 Parking Stalls.

TENDER PERIOD: Tendering will be done sequentially in multiple Tender Packages. Tendering will begin in November 2018 and will extend through June 2019 (Multiple Separate Tender Packages).

CONSTRUCTION START: May/June 2019

CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE: Approximately 43 months
